Stillness that moves.

The art of performing better by caring less.

Flow meets stillness. Presence meets power.

About the Founder

Stillflowness began as a personal practice – one doctor’s attempt to stay in motion without being owned by outcomes. For now, it’s still just me behind the scenes, testing these ideas in real lives, sharing what works, and slowly building what comes next.

Dr Rishi Shonpal is a UK-trained medical doctor with over 15 years of international experience and more than 100,000 patient consultations across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. He has worked in teaching hospitals, emergency departments, city practices, rural clinics and refugee camps – sitting with investment bankers and refugees, surgeons and shift workers, founders and single parents.

Across those conversations he kept seeing the same pattern: a person’s sense of worth quietly fusing with their latest result. After moving through his own cycles of burnout, overachievement and disillusionment, and spending extended periods in contemplative practice, he began joining the dots between Western clinical science and Eastern contemplative traditions.

Stillflowness is the framework that emerged: a practical, research-grounded way to pursue excellence without being owned by outcomes.
